NAROČILA:
Kupci vina (alkoholne pijače) so lahko le osebe, ki so na dan nakupa stare 18 ali več let.
Kupec odgovarja za podatke dane v procesu izvajanja naročila. Ponudnik ne odgovarja za morebitne napake pri dostavi zaradi napačnega naslova.
Po oddaji naročila kupec prejme preko elektronske pošte pogodbo (račun). Pogodba (račun) je v elektronski obliki shranjena na strežniku in kupcu dostopna v vsakem trenutku v njegovem uporabniškem profilu.
ODPREMA BLAGA:
Vse pošiljke pošiljamo prek DPD. Vse pošiljke so zavarovane in Vam v primeru poškodovanja pošiljke, le to zamenjamo z novo ali vrnemo vaš denar; v primeru poškodovanja pošiljke nas zato na to prosimo opozorite.
Cene pošiljanja se pokažejo ob zaključku nakupa in so odvisne od teže izbranih izdelkov ter države v katero se pošilja.
PRAVICA DO ODSTOPA OD NAKUPA, VRAČILO BLAGA:
Kupec ima pravico, da v 15 dneh od prevzema blaga ponudniku sporoči (na kontaktni e-naslov info@klenart.si), da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev. Edini strošek, ki bremeni kupca v zvezi z odstopom od pogodbe, je strošek vračila blaga. Blago je potrebno vrniti prodajalcu najkasneje v roku 10 dni od oddanega sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe (nakupa).
Prejeto blago mora vrniti nepoškodovano in v nespremenjeni količini, razen če je blago uničeno, pokvarjeno, izgubljeno ali se je njegova količina zmanjšala, ne da bi bil za to kriv potrošnik.
Vračilo vplačil bo izvedeno takoj, ko je to mogoče, najkasneje pa v roku 30 dni od prejema sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe. Vračilo kupnine se nakaže na transakcijski ( osebni ) račun kupca, s katerega je bila kupnina plačana.
Vrnitev prejetega blaga ponudniku v roku za odstop od pogodbe se šteje za sporočilo o odstopu od pogodbe.
Blago se vrne ponudniku na naslov: VINA KLEN’ART, Sabrina Klenar, Plavje 55a, 6281 Škofije, Slovenija.
CENE:
Cene so v evrih z DDV. Cena navedena ob posamezni steklenici ne vsebuje stroškov pošiljanja.
Cena izpisana ob koncu naročila je končna cena, ki vsebuje tudi strošek pošiljanja.
Ponudnik krije stroške pakiranja in embalaže.
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spreminjanja cen. Veljavna je tista cena, ki je objavljena na dan naročila t.j. na dan zaključka in oddaje naročila.
PLAČILNI POGOJI:
Ponudnik zagotavlja naslednje načine plačila;
- plačilo po predračunu: plačilo opravite na naš bančni račun, po prejetem nakazilu pa naročilo nato odpošljemo.
VARNOST:
Ponudnik uporablja ustrezna tehnološka in organizacijska sredstva za zaščito prenosa in shranjevanja osebnih podatkov ter plačil.
VARNOST OSEBNIH PODATKOV:
Ponudnik se zavezuje k trajnemu varovanju vseh osebnih podatkov. Ti bodo uporabljeni izključno za vodenje računov, ponudb in ostalo potrebno dokumentacijo.
PRITOŽBE IN SPORI:
Ponudnik je dolžan vzpostaviti učinkovit sistem obravnavanja pritožb. Ponudnik si bo prizadeval, da bo v čim krajšem možnem času obravnaval pritožbo in o tem obvestil kupca.
Prodajalec si bo vseskozi prizadeval, da se morebitni spori rešijo sporazumno.

THE RIGHT TO PAYMENT OF PURCHASE, REFUND OF GOODS:
The buyer has the right to notify the seller at the contact email info@klenart.si , within 15 days of the acceptance of the goods, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 10 days of the canceled notice of cancellation (purchase).
The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty.
Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund of the purchase price is credited to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which was used to make the payment of the order.
The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.

The seller will make every effort to settle any dispute by mutual consent.
